Are you an accredited investor?
DSTs are private securities. The SEC limits them to investors who meet at least one of the criteria below.
Income test
$200k+ individual / $300k+ joint income in each of the last two years, with the same expected this year.
Net worth test
Net worth above $1M, excluding the value of your primary residence.
Professional credentials
Hold an active Series 7, 65, or 82 license in good standing.
If none of the above apply
You are not currently eligible for DST investments. Consider building qualification through other vehicles first.
Verifying your status
Before any investment, the Creative Capital Wealth Management Group team will collect a short verification — typically a CPA letter, recent W-2s, or a brokerage statement — to confirm you meet SEC Rule 501.
